Since 1970, the surgeons at Southern Oregon Orthopedics have provided the residents of southern Oregon and northern California with the highest quality of orthopedic surgical care available. We are southern Oregon’s largest orthopedic surgery group and our physicians serve as the exclusive orthopedic trauma surgeons for both Rogue Valley Medical Center and Providence Medford Medical Center.

The physicians at Southern Oregon Orthopedics provide surgical care for injuries and illnesses that affect the spine, shoulders, knees, feet, ankles, hips, wrists and hands. All our physicians are fellowship-trained—which is the highest level of clinical achievement for a practicing orthopedic surgeon—and perform over 3,700 operations a year including arthroscopic surgery, complex spine surgery, hand and wrist surgery as well as hip, knee and shoulder reconstruction and replacement surgery. Our physicians also serve as clinical medical directors for the Joint Replacement Center at Rogue Valley Medical Center and as co-medical directors of the Providence Spine Institute.

We are currently the only surgical practice in southern Oregon offering reverse shoulder replacement arthroplasty plus our surgeons are actively involved in clinical trials pioneering new techniques in minimally-invasive spine surgeries.

For your convenience, we have an on-site ACR-accredited MRI unit, two diagnostic x-ray suites and a state-of-the-art mobile C-arm.
