About Candace Nysted, P.A.-C.

Candace Nysted, P.A.-C., M.S.P.A.S., is a certified physician associate specializing in orthopedics at Southern Oregon Orthopedics. She is partnered with Dr. Jancuska, providing care for patients undergoing total joint replacement and supporting patients throughout their treatment and recovery.

Candace earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University in Arden Hills, Minnesota, in 2022. Prior to joining Southern Oregon Orthopedics, she practiced in both family medicine and internal medicine, where she gained experience diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Candace is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She focuses on listening to each patient’s individual needs, performing thorough assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans. She strives to ensure her patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their orthopedic care.

Candace is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
