Ryan Burgess, P.A.-C., M.M.S., is a physician associate specializing in spine care at Southern Oregon Orthopedics. He is partnered with Dr. Andy Kranenburg, providing care for patients with a variety of spinal conditions and supporting patients throughout their evaluation, treatment, and recovery.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, before completing his Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Lincoln Memorial University School of Medical Sciences in Harrogate, Tennessee.

Ryan brings a broad clinical background to his orthopedic practice, with experience in general and vascular surgery, family medicine, internal medicine, and emergency medical care. His procedural experience includes joint injections, casting and splinting, wound care, physical examinations, and the management of acute and chronic conditions.

Ryan is committed to patient education and providing thoughtful, individualized care. He works closely with Dr. Kranenburg and the spine team to help patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options and feel supported throughout their orthopedic care. Ryan is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
