Jake Edwards, P.T., D.P.T.
An experienced physical therapist, Jake is dedicated to helping people move better and live life to the fullest. His journey began as a physical therapy aide and personal trainer, giving him a strong foundation in patient care. Combining a collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous learning, Jake prioritizes working alongside patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific goals.
Jake’s journey in healthcare began by assisting patients and crafting exercise programs as a physical therapy aide and personal trainer. This early foundation fueled his passion for patient care, leading him to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree which he earned at George Fox University in Newburg, Oregon. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary studies at Southern Oregon University in Ashland.
Passionate about staying current in his field, Jake holds a certification in the Otago Exercise Program as well as certification in orthopedic manual therapy. His dedication to excellence extends beyond the clinic walls. Jake actively volunteers as a head coach for Medford American Little League and has supported events like Special Olympics. This reflects his belief in the importance of health and wellness for all.
