Jake graduated in 2017 with his Doctorate in physical therapy from George Fox University. He completed his Bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southern Oregon University in 2013. Jake has worked in orthopedics since 2017 and has a profound interest in spine, shoulder, hip, knee, foot/ankle, and vertigo. He is proficient and enjoys treating most orthopedic conditions, especially in athletics. He has been a clinical instructor since 2018, educating doctoral students from 8 universities.
Jake has an extensive athletic history, playing football (collegiate), baseball, wrestling, golf and basketball. He has a passion working with local athletes to help them recover from injury and get them into peak athletic condition. Jake has volunteered for Upper Rogue Pop Warner Football, Medford Rogues collegiate baseball program, and continues to coach youth baseball for Medford American Little League, as well as volunteer as medic for Medford Youth Football. In his free time, Jake enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, golfing, hiking, rafting, and fishing.
